Holly Kearl is the founder of Stop Street Harassment and the author of three books, a national study, and more than 60 published articles about street harassment. She oversees International Anti-Street Harassment Week and has done consulting work for UN Women’s Global Safe Cities Initiative. She works for the Aspen Institute and the OpEd Project.
Ms. Aileen Marques is a Human Rights Lawyer with the Mumbai High Court. She has extensive experience working on cases of domestic violence, marital discord, family disputes, property disputes, maintenance of senior citizens, divorce, child custody, criminal law etc. She provides legal aid for prisoners. She has conducted lectures and workshops for law students, senior college students, NGOs and women. She is associated with NIPCCD (National Institute for Public Cooperation and Child Development). She has conducted workshops for college students in collaboration with the District Women and Child Welfare Department and workshops for School students on Resisting Child Sexual Abuse. She is associated with Reach Education Action Programme (REAP) for conducting community based trainings. She provides Legal Training for para-social workers-YWCA Mumbai, Kripa Academy and Chaitanya Shantighar Social Service Centre. She is a panelist for TISS Legal Centre.

Dr. Komal Mathur is an HR leader with experience spanning over 24 years in the IT industry. She has held key HR leadership positions across diverse and large businesses. Building high performance cultures, encouraging diversity, building innovative platforms for engagement and dialogue as well as managing transformation and change seamlessly at all levels in the organization have been the mainstays of her corporate career. She is passionate about mentoring young talent as well as aspiring women professionals. She writes on contemporary themes concerning corporate worklife and its impact on the workforce. She also has varied additional interests ranging from gardening to music to art.
