Elsa D’Silva, the Founder of Safecity, will be on the panel of Judges at the Common Purpose Global Leadership Experiences (GLE) Programme, Mumbai.

Common Purpose Student Experiences runs leadership programmes for university students in magnet cities – cities where students of over 100 nationalities convene to study – around the world.

Global Leadership Experiences (GLE) are leadership programmes for students of all backgrounds and academic disciplines who are studying in magnet cities. Through addressing a global challenge, GLE gives them real and practical experiences, broadens their horizons, equips them with skills and challenges them to adapt and thrive in diverse situations. GLE aims to develop leadership skills to help influence the future of the world as leaders.

The programme is for 100 students and they are coming together for a 4-day leadership development programme where they will tackle the challenge: “How do you increase civic engagement in your city?” –  in the context of Mumbai.
