50 Unsafe areas- Goa

Sexual harassment in public spaces is rampant and highly under reported, affecting our access to those spaces. In our efforts to make public spaces safer, we are mapping 50 unsafe areas in Goa, to analyze trends and patterns of violence in public spaces and work with youth and communities to bring social and systemic change.

The Goa Police have agreed to have a direct link from Safecity’s website to their email. As a result if you are reporting with location Goa, you will have a choice to make it a complaint direct to the police by sharing additional personal details. Therefore, Safecity is taking it a step further by mapping and reporting all cases of sexual harassment and abuse in public spaces.
