Rita Goveas Rao

Rita was in the aviation industry for more than 10 years and is now a full-time mother to a beautiful girl. Her hobbies are listening to music, driving her car and interacting with people. She felt the urge to do something for society, to add value to it in whatever way she could. When she came across Safecity, she realised this was the medium through which she could contribute to society, to create awareness about sexual harassment among women and help them voice their opinion. She reiterates- We need to make our society a safe one especially for women.
