Making Universal Access to Safe Cities and Safe Spaces a Reality by 2030

On Friday, 21st April 2017, Luz Maria Foundation @FundacionLuzM conducted a TweetChat on the topic- “Making Universal Access to Safe Cities and Safe Spaces a Reality by 2030”. Throughout their week of curation they brought to attention various stories around the globe that talk of the challenges women face and solutions that are being implemented to address them. During the TweetChat they first questioned the types of violence women face and the importance of creating safer spaces and went on to the infrastructural, societal and legal changes being made and the efforts we can make as individuals.
