Reducing Inequalities Between Genders #SDG10

On 24th February, 2017, Sailesh Singhal @SaileshSinghal conducted a TweetChat about reducing inequalities between genders but not restricted to just male and female. The chat began by discussing how marginalised young girls can be given equal opportunities to life. The participants contributed a wide range of ideas about the opportunities that could be provided. As the chat continued, the discussion headed toward the additional challenges faced by specially challenged women and how we can understand it and try to create ways in which they have more easy access to opportunities. The participants also spoke about how LGBTQI should also have equal rights as human beings and ways in which young men and boys can bridge the gap and help in reducing inequalities. Even the importance of SDG10 and SDGs were discussed and how awareness about them can be spread among people.
