Regulatory and Policy Changes to create Safer Society

On 4th August 2017, Sourya Banerjee @JoeBanerjee conducted a tweetchat on “Regulatory and Policy Changes to create Safer Society.”

There are many policies which are currently implemented by our government but  those are not always enough to protect the women and girls and those that are vulnerable to violence in our society. Sourya conducted an open-ended discussion welcoming ideas and suggestions from the audience. The participants shared ideas and recommendations for regulatory and policy changes like legal support, fast track courts, security sector system, ensuring accountability of the judicial system and many more.
